About this tool

Email Signature Generator is a free, browser-based generator tool that produces table-based HTML email signatures rendering consistently across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and Naver Mail. Pick one of four templates (Classic, Card, Minimal, Banded), replace the pre-filled demo values with your name, title and contact info, tune the accent color, then copy and paste straight into your mail signature settings — no signup, no upload, no watermark.

How to use

  1. Pick a template. Choose from Classic (side bar), Card (bordered box), Minimal (one line) or Banded (top color strip). All four render consistently in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and Naver Mail.
  2. Fill in your details. Replace the pre-filled demo values with your own name, title, company, email, phone and links. Only the name is required; empty fields automatically disappear from the preview.
  3. Tune the accent color. Pick one of six preset colors or use the custom color picker. The accent applies to the side bar, company name and link colors. The mail header avatar stays neutral.
  4. Copy and paste. Click "Copy signature" and paste with Cmd/Ctrl+V into Gmail / Outlook / Naver Mail signature settings. The HTML pastes as a rendered signature, not as source code.

FAQ

Is my information sent to a server?

No. The signature is generated entirely in your browser. Your name, contact details and any input you type never leave your device.

How do I install the signature in Gmail?

Click "Copy signature", open Gmail Settings → General → Signature, create a new signature, paste with Cmd/Ctrl+V and save. Gmail keeps the layout because the HTML uses table-based markup with inline styles only.

How do I install it in Outlook?

In Outlook for Windows/Mac: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New, then paste. For Outlook on the web: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → New signature. The same HTML works in both clients.

How do I install it in Naver Mail?

Open Naver Mail → 환경설정 → 서명 → 새 서명 추가 → HTML 편집 mode, then paste. The HTML uses only inline styles so Naver Mail does not strip the layout.

Will the signature look the same for everyone who receives it?

The layout and colors will. The font stack is Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif — system fonts available on every OS. Recipients in any language (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, etc.) get an appropriate sans-serif glyph automatically.

Can I create signatures in languages other than English and Korean?

Yes. You can type in any language — Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic, Thai, etc. — and the OS fallback handles the glyphs. The page UI itself is available in English and Korean.
