1. Service description
ToolboxDesk provides free in-browser file conversion tools. Conversions run on your device.
2. Your files and content
You retain all rights to the files you convert. We claim no ownership over your files or the converted output. Because conversions are local, we never see them.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for illegal content (e.g. CSAM), malware distribution, or to circumvent DRM in violation of applicable law.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Conversion accuracy depends on the libraries used; we do not guarantee bit-perfect output for every input.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for data loss, file corruption, or any consequential damage arising from use of the tools. Always keep backups of important files.
6. Advertising
Tools are funded by Google AdSense advertising. Ad cookies are set with your consent. Clicking ads is at your own risk.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
